History of Passover Seder
In Exodus 12:1-14, God commands the Israelites to eat a special meal and prepare for the death angel to pass over as the last plague is brought upon the Egyptian people. In this last plague, God will free His people and deliver them from the hand of Pharaoh. This feast was to be celebrated throughout the generations to remember God’s mighty hand of deliverance. This feast is known as the Passover Seder and is actually the meal Jesus and his disciples were eating in Mark 14:12-26 which we know as the Last Supper
